The following non destructive tests are conducted during the fabrication of
Ludowici vibrating screen parts;

- Ultrasonic test complying with AS 2207 of the Butt welds in the side
plates stiffeners in accordance with AS 1554.5 Section 6.3;

- Magnetic particle test complying with AS 1171 of the Drive Beam

end plates to Beam section after heat treatment in accordance with
AS 1554.5 Section 6.4; and

- Liquid penetrant test (i.e. AS 2062) butt welds in side plate if joining
of the plate is required.

Note that the above applies for vibrating screens tag numbers C2-3240-
SC-011/12/13/14/21/22/23/24/29/30 and C23310-SC-101/102 to SC-
701/702.
