When they say “up to 2mbps, it means the speed will never cross 2mbps, and it could still be anything fro
0 kbps. My experienc3 has been that it never touches or even goes near the speed mentioned. Complain
are always responded with solutions by the Customer Care advising us to opt for costlier plans. But th
make sure never to commit anything in writing. Check their online complaint mechanism. They will respo
with “Closed” or “Resolved” but never mention action taken.
