❖ Education is the process of facilitating learning, or the
acquisition of knowledge ,skills, values, beliefs, and habits.
It’s Journey was begin in prehistory, as adults trained the
young in the knowledge and skills deemed necessary in
their society. In pre-literate societies, this was achieved
orally and through imitation.

❖ Around 1450, Johannes Gutenberg developed a printing


press, which allowed works of literature to spread more
quickly. The development of technology around the world
has also touched the education system. Education is not
centered in today's traditional book. E-learning is a
modified form of education.
❖Learning resources that are made
available online, not from printed sources.

❖It might be HTML documents such as course


or chapter objectives, lecture notes,
assignments, or answers to chapter questions.
It might be audio or video lessons, interactive
exercises or exams, or documents providing
links to other Web sites.

is available on the internet or world wide web and accessed
through a web browser using a computer of a mobile device
like dictionary.com etc and An online encyclopedia is an
encyclopedia accessible through the internet, such as
Wikipedia, vikaspedia etc.
❖ Journals and e-Journals: Journals (or periodicals) are held in all
of the University libraries and an increasing number are available
electronically both on and off campus.

the UK, Europe and the rest of the World are covered by
the Official Publications .

online like Times of India, Hindustan Times etc.

resource designed to help students with referencing and EndNote
is a personal bibliographical database, which you can use to store

designed to run on a mobile device such as a phone/tablet or
watch.

Online learning resource has brought a positive impact in the
lives of students and working professionals. It has given an
opportunity to take up additional courses along with their
studies or job as per their convenience. Online education has
also helped the faculty in the institutions to ask students to study
some part of syllabus online which do not require much of
classroom instructions. But we should not forget to use
Traditional learning resource . Excessive use of online recourse
can effects our health and mind.
