12. Synopsis This course focuses on approaches to teach reading, reading skills in the Malaysian
primary school, English Language curriculum, lesson planning for teaching reading and
techniques for teaching vocabulary. It also focuses on approaches and techniques for
teaching writing, lesson planning for teaching writing, developing materials for teaching
reading and writing, assessing reading and writing and simulated teaching.

Kursus ini berfokuskan pada pendekatan pengajaran kemahiran membaca, kemahiran


membaca dalam kurikulum sekolah rendah Malaysia, perancangan pengajaran kemahiran
membaca dan teknik pengajaran perbendaharaan kata. Kursus ini juga berfokuskan pada
pendekatan dan teknik untuk pengajaran kemahiran menulis, perancangan pengajaran
kemahiran menulis, teknik pengajaran kemahiran menulis, pembinaan bahan untuk
pengajaran, kemahiran membaca dan menulis, penilaian kemahiran membaca dan
menulis dan simulasi pengajaran.
