Please take note of the following:

• No family or friends will be allowed in the assessment venue or on the assessment grounds due to a
huge number of people who will be assessed on the day.
• Candidates must be dressed in comfortable clothes and shoes appropriate for physical exercise.
• Candidates must bring along own medication where applicable.
• Entry into the assessment venue will only be provided on submission of an invitation, valid driving
license, completed medical questionnaire / letter as proof that the candidate can do strenuous
exercise.
• Candidates will be expected to bring their own food.
• Signed indemnity form to be completed at the venue.
Candidates who pass all assessments on Monday, 22 October 2018 will be invited to attend the formal
interviews on Tuesday, 23 October 2018 at the same venue.
