The PLGP Experience and 1st Iloilo Provincial Health Summit Preparations

Objectives:

1. At the end of the activity, the participants will be able to:

A. Chief of Hospitals
Discuss and harvest learnings from the PLGP Experience on how the following were
used:
a. Bridging Leadership Framework, Theory U and Health Change Model;
b. Adoption of Hospital Scorecards; and
c. Adaptive challenges in the hospital.

B. PHO
Discuss and harvest learnings from the PLGP Experience on how the following were
used:
d. Bridging Leadership Framework, Theory U and Health Change Model;
e. Adoption of Hospital Scorecards; and
f. Adaptive challenges in integrating hospital to public health.

C. HMO
Discuss and learn from the insights of the Chiefs of Hospital and the PHO and integrate it
in the HMO work.

2. Iloilo Provincial Government to lead the Orientation of the upcoming 1st Iloilo Provincial
Health Summit;

3. Under the Session on Public Narrative, the participants will be able to:

Demonstrate the skill of Public Narrative as a leadership tool;

Affirm one’s personal values, beliefs and motivations through the telling of the Story of
Self;
Relate one’s personal values, beliefs and motivations with the rest of the PLGP team
through the telling of the Story of Us; and
Use public narrative in sharing insights on PLGP.
