INT. ROOM – DAY

A chair and a desk. There is a laptop on the desk, light

blue light is emanating from it. Facebook is open on it.
There is a window above the desk. The weather seems
gloomy and there are drops of water on the window.

We hear a door open. The song ‘Tears in heaven’ can be

heard playing softly.

A brown-skinned boy (AKSH), around 17 years old, wearing

a white vest sits on the chair. The music stops.

The boy types ‘Ruhi’ on the search bar and clicks on the
first profile that pops up.

CUT TO:

EXT. BEACH – EVENING

An empty beach. The sound of waves crashing.

AKSH (V.O.)

There is this place everyone has. A place where everyone

finds some solace, some escape from drudgery. A place to
heal yourself. I found my place in her.

CUT TO:

EXT. BEACH – EVENING

It is sunny. Aksh is flying a kite which has a pink

string, with a girl (RUHI) beside him. RUHI is fair-
skinned and looks around 16 years old. She has long curly
hair and is dressed in denim and a printed yellow-pink
tunic top. Her smile is infectious. Aksh looks happy too.
He is clean shaven. They both look at each other and
smile.

They are sitting together, holding hands. The kite is

tied to a wooden pole. The sun is setting.
 CUT TO:

EXT. BEACH – EVENING

It is drizzling. The weather is dull. Ruhi is bald. She

is wearing a black t-shirt and denim. She looks fatigued.
Aksh has a beard.

They are both holding hands. They both look melancholic.

There is a bit of the tied pink thread visible on the

wooden pole.

CUT TO:

INT. ROOM – DAY.

Aksh gets up and exits. We get a close-up of the laptop.

Ruhi’s Facebook profile picture is visible. ‘Remembering’
is written above her username.

CUT TO: BLACK SCREEN
