Subject: Internship - Decline Offer Situation

Hi Mr. Izma,

Nice speaking with you today, and thank you so much for understanding us.

The problem we have encountered so far is that, 3 of your students has declined our offer within the same
day, after they emailed me to confirm that they will accept the offer (as attached).

After knowing this, we have to re-start from step 1 and try to find other students for replacement, while at
this point, it is quite hard to find equivalent candidate already.

Thus could you please help with this situation, maybe try to minimize this situation onwards?

And the same time, may I have the list for the candidates who are still available now? Thanks you so much in
advance!

Importance: High

Hi Ms. Nabilah,

On a side note, there has been a number of rejection from UTP students for internship with us for the
September 2017 intake.
The offer letter has already been issued out to the students as they have verbally accepted the Internship
offer.
Maybe we could discuss this and iron out any issues that maybe highlighted by the students or their course
Lecturers and Supervisors.

Thanks
