 Designed and coordinated manufacture of a custom radio cable from initial specifications to end product including:
- Redesigning a purchased connector due to poor quality
- Rapid prototyping multiple iterations of connector styles using a MakerGear printer
- Designing and 3D Printing fixtures for manufacturing, assembly, and testing
- Creating tooling to injection mold the custom connector and tooling to overmold the cable and connectors
- Designing and ordering PCBs using Pad2Pad for testing connectors and cable components
- Working with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of tooling and components due to tight contract schedule

 Designed and prototyped a quick release tubing splitter based on customer specifications
