back to the themes of their short story in relation to Frankenstein
Unit Summary:

The purpose of this unit is to show how the themes of Frankenstein have influenced many famous works by many famous authors.
Students will be provided short stories (like The Birthmark and Rappaccini’s Daughter) that use the same themes Frankenstein used
throughout the novel such as Byronic Hero, Mad Scientist, and Android, and it will be there job to provide an explanation through
character analysis how the stories compare and contrast to the novel.
