WRITING RHYTHMS TO ROCK LYRICS

Write a suitable rhythm for the following rock lyrics. Say the words slowly a few times and work
out where the natural accents are. Place the bar lines or accents in the correct places and
then write the rhythm. Note if a word contains TWO syllables, there must be two notes.
Sentences that begin with I …… or there were……… etc will involve an anacrusis.
