    The aim of the experiment was to verify the law of combination of resistances in series using a meter bridge. A Wheatstone bridge circuit was set up with unknown resistances in series. Observations were made and calculations performed to show that the total resistance of components in series follows the law of addition of resistances. The results supported that the law of combination of resistances in series was verified through this experiment.
