teacher, and an administrator were present for the presentation. Teachers engaged by asking questions and sharing challenges and ideas.

It took effort and time to organize and find time to meet with the Second Grade team during a meeting. I had to exchange emails back and forth with the Second Grade team leader to set up the meeting. The PD itself took only an hour.
