9/5/18 Teacher Assistant Team (TAT) Meeting The team met to discuss
concerns about a child with
parents. During the meeting,
staff and parents decided to
wait on testing and just
observe progress throughout
the year.
9/7/18 IEP Meeting (In Home) Meeting to add amendments
to IEP.
9/14/18 IEP Meeting Annual IEP meeting to
discuss new goals and
progress.
9/26/18 IEP Meeting Annual IEP meeting to
discuss news goals and
progress.
10/3/18 TAT Meeting The team and parents met to
discuss their concerns with
their child’s reading level.
During the meeting, the team
and parents agreed to move
forward with testing to
provide the best services to
their child.
10/4/18 TAT Meeting The team met with to discuss
concerns and reading
interventions that are in
place for their child. During
this time, the team and
parents decided to move
forward with testing.
10/5/18 TAT Meeting The team met to discuss
behavioral interventions that
are going to be put in place.
The team and parents
 decided to continue to
progress monitor to
determine if testing will be
necessary in the future.
10/8/18 Staff In-Service 1st In-service of the year.
Discussed drills and ways to
improve them, interventions
for reading and math, and
reviewed the Lynx Way
10/8/18 Embracing Failure During this session, the High
School Principal at BV
discussed ways to handle
failure in the classroom.
10/10/18 3 Year Evaluation (IEP Meeting) 3-year evaluation to discuss if
the student still qualifies
under the same disability
categories. The student did
qualify so his/her goals were
adjusted to her most recent
needs.
10/15/18- Parent Teacher Conferences (Elementary Observed and participated in
10/16/18 School and Middle School) parent teacher conferences
at the elementary and middle
school level.
10/23/18 IEP Meeting During this meeting the
students IEP goals were
updated and changed based
on his/her needs.
11/14/18 Annual IEP Meeting The IEP meeting took place
after school. Parent input
was very beneficial as they
had goals they would like to
see their child achieve.
11/19/18 Annual IEP Meeting IEP Meeting took place after
school. The parents were
very straight forward with
what they wanted to see
from their child. They
assisted in creating
appropriate goals for their
child.
11/26/18 Annual IEP Meeting This IEP Meeting took place
after school. A translator was
required for this meeting to
be possible.
