Glasshouse by DHM
Housing a cluster of four food concepts in one, Glasshouse by DHM is the perfect address when it
comes to feeding many mouths and appetites this season of gathering. Diners can look forward to four
Exclusive Festive Desserts, each one representing the different concepts in Glasshouse. Holiday themed
desserts such as the Spiced Apple Cider & Cranberry and Holiday Mint Chocolate Éclairs ($6++), Winter
Wonderland Gingerbread Cake with Cream Cheese Frosting ($14++ per slice) is the perfect way to end a hearty
festive meal on a sweet note.

Sabio Tapas Bar

From the kitchens of Singapore’s first Spanish tapas bar comes a bountiful spread of sharing plates to be
passed around the festive table amongst groups of friends and families. Available all month of December,
Sabio will be offering 3 hours Free-flow Cava and Sangria for only $39.90++. If you’re in for a Spanish
feast, you would love Sabio’s Christmas Day Brunch ($68++ per person) and Post New Year Hangover
Brunch ($59.90 ++ per person); 3 hours of free flow Spanish Tapas, a perfect way to start your holiday
fiesta.

Sabio By The Sea

The Spanish concept has been taken “to the sea”, giving rise to Sabio By The Sea at Quayside Isle,
Sentosa Cove. This laidback and spacious outlet overlooks the Sentosa Marina, and features grilled meats
and fishes together with tapas. For the month of December, Sabio by The Sea will be giving away
complimentary Soft-Shell Crab Paella with a minimum orders of 5 Tapas and above. For festive
celebrations, diners could count on the El Sabio Festive Fiesta, 3 hours of Free-flow Spanish Tapas and
  
Giant Paella, where parents can rest easy with Kids Activities; bouncy castle, face painting and colouring
to keep them occupied while sipping on a glass of Sangria.

L’Entrecote The Steak & Fries Bistro

What’s a visit to everyone’s favourite French steak bistro without its signature steak dressed generously in
its secret sauce and paired with unlimited golden fries and fresh salad by the side? Head down for an early
celebration with an afternoon of free-flow house wine and beer in December from 3pm-6pm daily, at
only $39.90++ per person.

Forlino

For Christmas, the ever-elegant Forlino draws inspiration from the finest Italian festive flavours and the
gift of gourmet indulgences. Diners can look forward to Executive Chef Matteo Ponti rendition of his
family Christmas favorites with the 6-Course Festive Degustation Menu ($148++ per pax) for an early
celebration, or spend Christmas Eve and Christmas Dinner with us ($168++ per pax). Forlino will also be
open for Christmas Brunch ($78++ per person), serving an array of cold selections, a la minute Cheese
Wheel pastas and risotto, grilled mains and desserts.

Its stunning location at One Fullerton overlooking the Marina Bay waterfront also sets Forlino as one of
Singapore’s finest addresses for Italian dining with a view on New Year’s Eve. Countdown to the new
year and catch the fireworks display up-close over the New Year’s Eve Dinner Menu ($98++ per person for
first seating from 5:30pm to 7:30pm, and $238++ per person for second seating from 8:30pm onwards,
$268++ per person for window seating)
