Application A non-refundable Application Fee is to be paid upon submission of the Application
Form. Applications can be processed only upon receipt of all documentation and receipt of this fee.

Application Fee € 250

The Enrolment Fee confirms a student's entry into AMADEUS Vienna. It is to be paid upon
a student’s acceptance to the school to reserve his or her place. The Enrolment Fee is due in the first year
only. It is non-refundable and non-transferable. Students who leave the school and however, return within 24
months are not required to pay the Enrolment Fee.

Enrolment Fee € 3,000

The Capital Fee is to be paid upon a student’s acceptance into the school as an investment
into future campus development. The Capital Fee is due only in the first year and it applies only to the first
two siblings. It is non-refundable and non-transferable. Students who leave the school and return within 24
months are not required to pay the Capital Fee.

Capital Fee € 2,500

The Security Deposit is paid in the first year only upon entry into AMADEUS
Vienna. It is held on the student’s account and refunded (without interest) after the student has left school,
less any outstanding fees or charges.

Security Deposit Fee € 1,500

The school’s dress code requires our students to wear uniforms. The students have both a day
uniform and a festive uniform. The guidelines for the required items are in the Parent Handbook and
differentiate between Primary, Middle Years and Senior School students. The uniform items are purchased
from an external shop, “DER WALTER”. Further information is provided on our homepage.

Uniform Fee (approximate) € 400

AMADEUS Vienna offers a transportation service provided for students to

get to and from the school (round trip). It operates on school days in the morning and afternoon, with door-
to-door service. The shuttle service can be booked on a yearly basis.

AMADEUS Vienna charges an Annual Fee for each student per academic year, payable in full or on a termly basis in
advance, upon receipt of enrolment confirmation by the school. Should you intend to enrol your child for only part
of an academic year, it is possible to request an individual fee estimate. Instalment payment schemes for termly
payment are available. Please indicate the desired type of payment on the Application Form to avoid an
administrative surcharge of € 50. The sibling discount is 8% for the second child and 5% for any additional child.

The Lunch Programme* is mandatory for ALL students. The AMADEUS Vienna culinary team prepares a seasonal
daily lunch with two or three-course meals, as well as morning and afternoon snacks such as, fresh fruits and
vegetables, yoghurts, homemade sandwiches, healthy cakes or pastries, crackers and granola bars.

2017-2018
 AMADEUS Vienna students have the choice to particpate in a large variety of after-school activities, clubs and
Music and the Arts courses taught by AMADEUS staff. These are included in the annual fee. Examples of offerings
from previous years are: Amnesty Youth, Yearbook, Chefs, Chess, Basket Ball, Tennis, Football, Volleyball, Mini-
Sports, Model UN, Running Club, Choir, Rhythm & Dance, Drama, Orchestra, Mosaic, Hip-Hop, Visual Arts and
Band. At an additional cost, students also have the opportunity to participate in activities which are taught by
external instructors such as; Engineering, Martial Arts, Ballet, Movement & Dance, AV Voices, Composition,
Alexander Technique and individual music lessons.

AMADEUS Vienna ACADEMY is for students who would like individual instruction or specialised guidance
towards a career in Music and the Arts. The programme focuses on the specific development of a skill and talent
that is determined directly with the Head of Music and the Arts.

PACKAGE 1: Private Lessons (Standard)

This package includes a one-to-one 45 minute private music lessons per week (including a provision for make-up
lessons), a practice book and a studio recital. Instructors will be assigned by the Head of Music and the Arts. A
special request for a more advanced instructor may incur extra costs.

PACKAGE 2: Junior Academy (Amateur)

This package includes a one-to-one 60 minute private music lessons per week (including a provision for make-up
lessons), practice book, supervised practice, studio recital, juries, workshop, master classes, concerts, performance
opportunities and assessment. Instructors will be assigned by the Head of Music and the Arts based on an audition
and 3 month evaluation period. A special request for a more advanced instructor may incur extra costs. Students
interested in taking additional lessons should refer to package 1 for pricing.

PACKAGE 3: Senior Academy (Professional)

This package includes a one-to-one 60 minute private music lesson (including a provision for make-up lessons),
supervised practice, ensemble, studio recital, juries, workshop, master classes, recording, MtA Intensive Week,
concerts, performance opportunities and assessment, performance coaching, piano and ear training workshop,
certification (minimum 4 – 5 years consecutively at AMADEUS Vienna), and professional portfolio. Instructors will be
assigned by the Head of Music and the Arts based on an audition and 3 month evaluation period. A special request
for a more advanced instructor may incur extra costs. Students interested in taking additional lessons should refer
to package 1 for pricing.
