Photographer Arrival: 8:15am

Main entrance to the Wesley Auditorium is up the hill off of the parking lot.

Amber Bolden or Zaneta Smith will assign Photographer roles

Photographer I: 8am – 12pm

! Arrive at 8am at Crenshaw UMC. Shoot team during photoshoot & setup, and speakers.
Photographer II: 10:30am – 2:30pm
! Arrive at 10:30am at Cinemark Baldwin Hills. Shoot audience arrival, registration, main event
Photographer III: 8:00am – 12:00pm
! Arrive at 8am at Crenshaw UMC. Shoot documentary team.
Photographer IV: 9:30am – 2:30pm
! Arrive 9:30am at Cinemark Baldwin Hills. Shoot set up. Shoot main event

Photographic considerations:
• Pre-event photos will be captured outside on steps for speakers and in small amphitheatre area for kids

Pre-event venue considerations

• Venue is a church. Respect for holy ground is necessary
• Light breakfast will be provided

Registration images specifically wanted:

• Event badges
• Event programs
• Shots of attendees at registration table
• Attendees talking together in small groups

Auditorium Images specifically wanted:

• Per speaker
o Different frames while they are talking (full torso and half torso)
o Have some shots of speaker with sign in background

• Audience reaction shots

• Audience applauding with more than one person in frame (different groups of people please)

Photographic considerations:
• Filming will be in progress. Limit shutter sound and movement to minimize distractions to the speaker
and audience.
• Note video camera sight lines to avoid crossing in front during recording
• No use of flash during talks
• Consider bringing different lenses – wide-angle, medium length, & close ups

Venue considerations:
• Quiet auditorium. Single shots rather than bursts
While movement is limited during talks, you are free to move about while host is talking
