1. Online Beneficiary Management & Monitoring System (OBMMS)

Online Beneficiary Management & Monitoring System is developed by Centre for


Good Governance for monitoring the implementation of Self Employment /
Economic Support Schemes during 2013-14 for the following Corporations.

5. OBMMS Website Access

To access the homepage of OBMMS website, Click on http://obmms.cgg.gov.in/ to display


the following page. Reports are placed on the Home Page.

6. Common Services

The following services are common to all the users. Users need to provide given login
credentials forwarded by the CGG.

Home:

This service is to get the homepage/Dashboard in the application

Log out:

This service is to log out from OBMMS.

Change password:

This service is to change the user password to ensure security. To change the
password, user needs to enter Old Password, New Password and again enter New
Password for confirmation, All the fields are mandatory and click on Submit button to
change the Password.

 Enter old password in Old Password.


 Enter new password in New Password.
 Enter confirm password in Confirm password.
 Click on submit button

On submission of the details the following message gets displayed.

If the entered Old password is incorrect then the following message is displayed.

I. DEO Services

DEO has to login to the screen with the provided username and Password in OBMMS
website.

After clicking on Login button, the below screen will be displayed. MPDO office
DEO can enter all corporations Beneficiary details. DEO has to click on the respective
application to enter the details. DEO has the Add Branch, Add Habitation, Add
Village Services.

After clicking on Corporation, Ration Card Number of the beneficiary has to be


entered. Click on Get Details button.

Ration card details will be populated for selecting the beneficiary from the Ration
Card. Select the beneficiary and click Go button to get the Beneficiary details.

3. The below Screen contains 4 Parts


A. Beneficiary Details
B. Address Details
C. Sector Details
D. Upload Photo

A. Beneficiary Details
Beneficiary Details contains the following Mandatory Fields.
• Applicant Name
• Father/Husband Name
• Date of Birth
• Age
• Gender
• MeeSeva(caste)No
• Caste/sub caste
• Urban/Rural area
• MeeSeva(Income)No
• Qualification
• Current Occupation

Address contains following fields.

C. Sector/Scheme Details:
Sector Details Contains following fields

• Beneficiary Sector Type
a. Bank Linked schemes
b. Schemes without bank linkage
• No of Group members enabled based on beneficiary type.

--Bank Loan and NSFDC and NSKFDC enables beneficiary Sector Type (Bank
Linked schemes)

D. Upload Photo
Photo needs to be uploaded with the specified size.

Group Beneficiary Details:


Group beneficiary details describes each group member personal details

After entered data of all mandatory fields click on Preview button to see the entered
details.
After going through all the details, DEO can EDIT the details before submission.

II. MPDO
1. After Successful registration of beneficiaries by DEO, automatically send to
MPDO for approvals.
2. Update Beneficiary Details service for corrections

Approve Beneficiaries
1. MPDO can see the pending list corporation wise and approve the beneficiaries
2. To Approve the beneficiaries click on No of Bens and select the beneficiaries and
click the submit button

Beneficiaries List those approved by MPDO will be forwarded to Sr.Asst (SRA) for
approvals

2. To see the pending Beneficiaries count mandal wise click on Approve Beneficiary

3. To approve beneficiaries click on No of bens and select beneficiary and click


submit button

4. To generate note file click generate note file in services menu.

6. Enter proceeding no and subject, collector name, sanction date and collector
approval date, select beneficiaries then click submit button.
7. Selected Beneficiaries success fully forward to MD

8 . REPORTS
All the reports are placed in the public domain. Click on Corporation Wise
Reports/Analytics Reports to view all Corporations sanctions.

After Clicking on Analysis Reports, the Corporation wise Bar Graph is displayed.
Drill Down is available for Districts, Mandals, and Villages and up to beneficiary
level. Schemeiwse selection option is there to display beneficiaries.

After Clicking on Corporation Wise Report, Corporation wise sanctions displayed.


Drill down is available for Districts, Mandals, and Villages and up to beneficiary
level. To see the beneficiaries at any level, click on the Beneficiary count.

9. Search Beneficiary
To Search the beneficiary click the beneficiary search link and select corporation and
enter beneficiary id click submit button
