Objective of Association
1. To provide coaching to class 8th, 9th, 10th, 11th & 12th (PCM & PCB) students for NTSE /Olympiads /KVPY/ IIT -JEE/ ADV

,Pre-Medical etc at your esteemed school after school hours so that they achieve excellence in school education & along
with success in competitive examination.

3. Course Structure & Features
1. It is a school integrated course synchronized with school education.
IIT-JEE/Pre-Engineering + 11th class School Curriculum (CBSE &
State Board) of PCM
AIPMT & Pre-Medical + 11th class School Curriculum (CBSE & State
Board ) of PCB
IIT-JEE/Pre-Engineering + 12th Board School Curriculum (CBSE &
State Board) of PCM
AIPMT & Pre-Medical + 12th Board School Curriculum (CBSE &
State Board) OF PCB

2. PCM/PCB Classes will be conducted by TRANSFORM faculty members in school premises in school hours.

3. This course prepares students for IIT-JEE /AIEEE, Pre-Medical ,NTSE /Olympiads / KVPY etc.TRANSFORM faculty
members in school premises in school hours.
4. Course also covers the complete syllabus of PCM/PCB from School/Board examination point of view.
5. The course creates the best synergy between school education & preparation for competitive examination without putting
undue time pressure on student and providing student sufficient time for self study.

6. The teaching methodology of TRANSFORM emphasizes on understanding each concept to grass-root level to lay a very
strong foundation of concepts.
 7. Guidance Seminar by TRANSFORM experts will be conducted.

8. The course provides student friendly environment for personal evolution.

4. Study Material & Test Series

1. Complete study material as per the latest pattern of IIT-JEE/ & ADV /Pre-Medical/ NTSE/
Olympiads/ KVPY etc will be provided to all students

2. Test Series will be conducted as per the latest pattern of examination. Students will also be given
sufficient practice tests on board/school pattern.

5. Conduction of Classes
1. Classes would be conducted after school hours in subject Physics, Chemistry and Maths/Biology by
expert Faculty
members of TRANSFORM
2. In case required, TRANSFORM may also conduct classes on holidays/vacations.

7. Below placed is a summary of School’s responsibility:
1. Providing infrastructure & facilities as mentioned above.
2. Providing infrastructure facilities and support staff incase classes are schedule on holidays/vacations.
3. Providing infrastructure for conduction of test series for these students.
4. Local advertising and publicity.

5. Conducting classes of students for subjects other than PCM/PCB & conduction of practical.

8. Expenses to be borne by school

1. Electricity & water Charges.
2. Consumable cost like Chalk, Pen, and Paper etc.
3. Support Staff (Peon, Security Guard, and Sweeper) salary & Miscellaneous.
4. Boarding & Lodging of faculty members and staff 5. Any local advertisement & promotion charges.

Career Point’s Responsibilities

9. Below placed is the a summary of TRANSFORM responsibility:

1. TRANSFORM faculty members will be conducting classes for PCM/PCB after school hours.
2. TRANSFORM Faculty members would also be covering the entire syllabus of class 8th, 9th , 10th,
11th ,12th PCM/PCB from school/Board point of view as well along with preparing students for the
examinations i.e. IIT- JEE/ AIPMT,NTSE/ Olympiads /KVPY curriculum.

3. TRANSFORM would also provide (a) Study Material & (b) Test Series to all enrolled students.

10. Expenses on the part of company

1. Salaries to four Faculty members.
2. Administrative expenses like travel, recruitment.
3. Corporate advertisement & promotion charges

4. Administration charges to school for running classes, lodging & boarding expenses for faculty.

11. Contract period: TWO academic session i.e. 2018-19 & 2019-20 commencing from September
2018 and April 2019. ending on 30th

12. School has to express its interest of renewal in writing to company prior to completion of academic
session. The agreement can be renewed on mutually agreed terms and conduction for another academic
session.
Financial Consideration

13. The company will charge Rs. 100/-per admission towards the cost of application form.

14. Fee Collection and Payment: school will collect the fee from students and all payement to company
will be done in the name of TRANSFORM IIT AND MEDICAL through Cheque\D.D. at starting of
every month at the date of five.
15. Collected by TRANSFORM All the services including four teachers, study material ,DPP (Daily Practice
Problem ) Weekly and Monthly test paper ,Test Series( online+offline) will be provided by the TRANSFORM
at monthly Cost of 6 lakh per month .

Exit & Effect of Termination oad Map for School Association

16. Project cannot be discontinued mid academic session by either parties.
17. TRANSFORM will have the authority to change/replace the faculty.
18. The agreement would automatically get terminated at the end of one academic year.

Step 1 : Approval of school project proposal by school.

Step 2 : A approval letter is issued by school authority.
Step 3 : Demo is conducted by transform faculty within one week after release of approval letter.
Step 4 : Collection of first month advance installment.
Step 5 : Signing of final Aggrement.
