1- ignoring to use some ideas in your paragraph.
2-not making a logical groups of ideas.
3- Using off points ideas.
4-missing details or evidences that consolidate your point of view.
Format:
1-You should have a title and it comes at the center of your paper.
2- first line should be indented.
Punctuation:
1- Full stop or period after every sentence.
2-Capital letters used correctly.
Examples:
Pronoun (I) is capitalized at any part of the sentence.
Start every sentence with a capital letter.
Do not start every line with a capital letter.
Names of countries: England, Japan, Turkey.
Names of Languages: English, Japanese, Chinese.
Names of Days and months: May, Friday.
Names of monuments: Egyptian Museum, Luxor Temple, Big
Ben, Tower Bridge.
