Goal

Over three years of work experience, I have learned a lot across various domains of SAP. Stepping outside my
comfort zone to learn new technologies and build a diverse profile, is one of my key strength. Presently, I am looking
out for opportunities in SAP S/4 HANA in which I am strengthening my skills. Additionally, I have a strong background

Roles and responsibilities:

1. Currently working on P2P process controls and configuring them in client system.
2. Implemented configurations to fix a bug about duplicate invoice posting.
3. Implemented another configuration to prevent change of account assignment after GR and IR
4. Implemented configuration to enable error message when the target quantity of a contract gets exceeded.

Project: SAP SD (Sales and Distribution)

Roles and responsibilities:

1. I have expertise in pricing procedures, general ledger account determination, route determination,
output determination, item category determination, different order types, intercompany sales flow,
copy control, consignment process, licenses, and payment terms. I also have a firm grip on customer
and material master data.
2. I have expertise in IDOC and electronic data exchange (EDI) process. I have implemented end-to-end
EDI connections for new partners, fixed erroneous IDOCs and created new IDOC from existing IDOC. I
have also worked on mapping documents for different interfaces by updating them as per the
requirement.
3. I interface between the clients and the SD team for change management. For example, I collate the
required configuration changes in the SAP ECC system to be done by different team members
(including me) based in different locations and submit a detailed analysis of the change and impact
due to the change to the clients.
4. I have ample knowledge of SAP GTS (Global Trade Services) system, mainly the customs and the
compliance management. I have fixed many issues related to ECC documents getting blocked in GTS.
My fixes led to the release of the blocked documents.
5. I have knowledge on the Legal Regulation and Numbering Scheme of SAP GTS. I have personally
created a new Legal Regulation and Numbering Scheme configuration for the European Union
market.
6. Through hands-on experience, I have acquired extensive knowledge on the Autosys tool. Autosys is
used for executing and monitoring jobs in SAP.
7. I have also contributed towards innovation by identifying a scope for automating background check
for missing configurations (using DEFVAL). Due to missing header text or missing config for partner
profiles, the output triggered in the document were failing, leading to more number of tickets. After
the automation, the inflow of tickets reduced significantly.
8. I also lead the test team (manual testing) of SAP SD. I analyse the changes which are moved to the
quality system, at the end of every month. Then I prepare regression test scripts and assign test team
members to perform the final testing. Besides, I also help the test team complete the tests by
providing data for test execution, supervising the execution of the tests, and upgrading existing test
scripts as per requirement from the clients.
9. In S/4 HANA for Simple Logistics, I have knowledge of Business partner, output determination, delta
changes in pricing, rebates and ATP checks.
