 Why culture appropriation can be considered problematic but also not?

 A brief explanation of what culture appreciation and appropriation is.
 Thesis
There is a line between culture appropriation vs appreciation. Culture
appropriation is an “real "issue because it takes away from another's culture, its
regurgitated back into society and refined, lastly, it’s an unnecessary change to the
conditions in society when culture appropriation is done wrong.

 The misconception of culture appreciation
o Depending on where you’ve grown up, you become accustomed to the ways in
which how one's surroundings work and operate, however with mass media and
international stars the ability to transfer cultural aspects are easier. It's done
effortlessly. It allows minorities to share their traditions with a community and
their culture is appreciated

o is when members of a dominant group express traditions of a minority group
often without little of latter's history experience or tradition.
