Name FIRST: That the Dumangas Baptist
Church, Inc., is a religious organization
and an affiliate of the Convention of the
Philippine Baptist Churches, Inc.
Purpose FOURTH: That the Dumangas Baptist
Church, Inc. desires to incorporate for
the purpose of the administration of its
temporalities and management of its
property and estate.
Comment
Name- The congregation of
God’s believers shall be known
as Dumangas Baptist Church,
Incorporated (DBCI) located at
Burgos Street, Dumangas,
Iloilo. It is incorporated as a
non-stock, non-profit
corporation under the laws of
the Republic of the Philippines
Purpose-This congregation is
organized as a church
exclusively for charitable,
religious, and educational
purposes within the bound of
the law of the land, for such
purposes including, but not
limited to, proclaiming the
Gospel of the Lord Jesus
Christ; establishing and
maintaining religious worship;
educating believers in a
manner consistent with the
requirements of Holy Scripture;
maintaining educational

outreach ministry and

missionary activities within the
locality and some parts of the
country.
*Statement of Faith Authority of Statement of
Faith-The Statement of Faith
does not exhaust the extent of
our faith. The Bible itself is the
sole and final source of all that
we believe. We do believe,
however, that the Statement of
Faith accurately represents the
teachings of the Holy Bible,
therefore, is binding upon all
members, staff and volunteers.
All scripture, whether print or
electronic, used in the church
shall be in complete agreement
with the Statement of Faith. All
activities, permitted or
performed in any facilities
owned, rented or leased by this
church, or engaged in by any
member of the church staff
(volunteer or paid) and all
decisions of the administration
of this church may not conflict
with the Statement of Faith. In

all conflicts regarding

interpretation of the Statement
of Faith, the Pastor and Board
of Trustees, on behalf of the
church, have the final
authority.
Principal Office FIFTH: That the place that the
principal office of Dumangas Baptist
Church, Inc. is established and located
at Dumangas, Iloilo, Philppines.
Members Consent SECOND: That 2/3 of the members
to Incorporate have given their written consent to
incorporate in a meeting hold on
February 11, 1973 at Dumangas, Iloilo.
No Legal THIRD: That the incorporation of
Impediment as to the Dumangas Baptist Church, Inc. is
Incorporation not forbidden by competent authorities
or contrary to rules and regulations of
Philippine Baptist Church, Inc. which it
forms a part.
