MOTION FOR RESETTING

(as to time only)

COMES NOW the undersigned counsel for the accused, unto this
Honorable Court, most respectfully states that this case is set for initial trial on
June 15, 2017 at 8:30 in the morning. He is however constrained to ask for a
resetting as to the time only on the ground that he is set to appear in the case of
People v. Estoquia et. al. before the Regional Trial Court, Branch 1, Tagbilaran
City, Bohol on same date and time which case was set much earlier than this
case.

Undersigned counsel files this motion not to unduly delay the proceedings
but solely based on the reasons afore-stated.

PRAYER

WHEREFORE, the undersigned counsel most respectfully prays of this

Honorable Court that the scheduled hearing on June 15, 2017 at 8:30 in the
morning please be move to June 15, 2017 at 8:30 (on same date) at 2:00 in the
afternoon.
Other reliefs just and equitable are likewise prayed for.
