Osantowski have no funds with which to comply with the December 1, 2006 Order compelling said defendants to turn over to the Liquidating Receiver the sum of $122, 205, Judgment is hereby entered in favor of James E. Sullivan, Liquidating Receiver, or his successor, and Plaintiffs Gregg B. Jarrette and John A. Sulicz in the amount of $122,205 and against defendants James B. Spina and Scott M. Osantowski, jointly and severally. The judgment is allocated as follows: A. To James E. Sullivan, Liquidating Receiver, the amount of $4,437.50 for fees; B. To discharge claims against Security Dynamics Group,Inc., if any; C. The balance to be divided evenly among the shareholders of Security Dynamics Corp., Gregg Jarrette, John Sulicz, James Spina and Scott Osantowski.
