meeting of ISR, Asian Oceanian Society of Radiology (AOSR) and Radiology Society of North America
International Visiting Program (RSNA IVP Program). I would like to express my gratitude to all who participate in

The theme of the 13th Annual Scientific Meeting Indonesian Society of Radiology this year will be focused on
theme of “The Role of Radiology in Diagnostic and Managemen of Infection and Inflamatory Diseases”. We
invite the experts overseas and from whole nation to share their knowledge and skills. We hope we can
exchange the experience, ideas and knowledge among ISR, AOSR, and RSNA VIP Program members.

In this event, apart from symposium, we will prepare several workshops to enrich your skills. The workshop
including neuroradiology imaging workshop, breast and reproduction female imaging workshop,
musculoskeletal ultrasound workshop, elastography workshop, and CT cardiac, as well as CTA workshop. Beside
our scientific programme, you will enjoy visiting Surabaya during the breaks of the meeting, because Surabaya is
capital city of East Java, with heroes history, culture, and modern metropolis with full of energy and vitality.

We hope this meeting will produce valuable advances to improve our knowledge and skills in order to support
life and health of the patient by providing the comprehensive diagnostic approach. We would like to encourage

First of all let me thank God because of His will this annual meeting preparation held smoothly. And to all member and
colleagues whom participate please allow me to welcome you on the 13th Annual Scientific Meeting Indonesian Society of
Radiology in Shangri-la hotel Surabaya on April 5-7th 2018. This ISR meeting is collaboration of Asian Oceanian Society of
Radiology (AOSR) and Radiology Society of North America International Visiting Program (RSNA IVP Program). So it is my honor
to express my gratitude to ISR, AOSR, and RSNA IVP Program members for to all hardwork and cooperation.

Inline with ISR vision to develop knowledge and skills in radiology we invite the experts overseas and from whole nation in
order exchange the experience, ideas and knowledge among us. The 13th Annual Scientific Meeting Indonesian Society of
Radiology this year will be focused on “The Role of Radiology in Diagnostic and Management of Infection and Inflamatory
Diseases”. As we know, Indonesia is one of the biggest country in Asia who has high insidence of infection and inflamatory
diseases. So it will be great opportunity to seize and brief the latest and updated comprehensive diagnostic approach.

In this meeting we will have symposiums and workshops to improve our skills. The workshop including neuroradiology
imaging, breast and reproduction female imaging, musculoskeletal ultrasound, elastography, CT cardiac, and CTA workshop. It
will comprehend all aspect we need to know to deliver best service to patient and fulfill our appetite in newest knowledge.

Last but not least we welcome you to visit and enjoy Surabaya in leisure time which full of heroic history, culture, and modern
metropolis with dinamic and comfort sorrounding. We hope this meeting will give us valuable material to improve our

In emphasizing the scientific value of 13th Annual Scientific Meeting in Radiology, we hold a seminar and workshop with theme “Role of
Radiology in Diagnostic and Management Infection Diseases”. It will be held on 5-7 April 2018 in Surabaya. The committee cordially invites
radiologists and radiology residents submit paper and poster abstracts.
Participants are invited to submit Abstract for Oral / E-Poster Presentation (in the form of research or case reports) not later than 5th
February, 2018.

CASE REPORTS SUBMISSION CRITERIA

Paper submissions are for research reports (scientific paper).
Abstract requirements :
• Must be typed in English
• Must be original and must not be or have been published at any other meeting prior to this meeting
• The abstract should be written in the following formats
o Title: Abstract title is limited in 20 words in UPPER CASE
o Name(s) of the author(s): Author and co-author names should be written by first name and followed by family name in upper
and lower case (e.g: M T Purnomo1, A L Ashari2)
o Institution of author(s): Name of institution is typed and identified by the superscripts. Authors from different institution will
