For cash contingency as follows_;
1. Fuel and contingency allowance land cruiser 20,000/=
2. Fuel contingency for the truck 20,000/=
3. Mobile tower contingency 40,000/=

4. One way air ticket (Mr. Ephantus Irungu, & Mr. Jeffence Olago)
5. Two way ticket for David Nyaga & Julius Nzyoka
6. Two way return ticket for David Nyaga and Mr Julius Nzyoka
7. Individual per-diem as indicated in table 2 & 3
NB The team one will use the KCAA provided Land cruiser and the truck to travel
from Nairobi to Ukunda and back to Nairobi.

You may therefore approve for the relocation program as indicated above.
