I believe the best way I learn is working with the people I.
Class and getting their input and ideas. I love when my peers
receive my essays and other assignments and are able to fix
mistakes and give me advice on how to better my work
I really like the conference days that helped me with my
progression on my papers and workshop as well.
Other students
The conferences were a huge help with the papers we wrote.
They were very helpful and allows us to write strong papers.
The professor was always willing to help us understand the
material.
The group workshops and one on one meetings with the
teacher.
The instructor answering every question extremely in depth
The numerous resources the teacher provided. She uploaded
any group assignments we worked on in class to our class
page on canvas, so if you ever forgot something or missed
class you had that to help. She also uploaded links to videos,
previous class' papers, documents, anything you would need
to help you be successful.
Also, the fact that she always responded to her emails, and in
a timely manner, made me more motivated to reach out to her
when I needed help.
She was willing to bend over backwards to help you succeed,
if you wanted to put in the work. She definitely matched your
effort. Truly a phenomenal professor!
The profesor was able to have one on one time with students
that's one thing that helped me do my best.
The professor explained very thoroughly what was expected
for each of the writing assignments. She would also hold
conferences with the students so that could know what to
improve on with their writing. The professor is very good at
including all students in class discussion.

Suggestions for improvement.


A couple of the essays were not always 100% clear on the
style/format. I'd recommend creating a template or outline in
class for each paper.
A little more detailed instruction on a few of the assignments
Be more clear on the what you're expecting out of an
assignment
Elaborate more on outlines/rubrics/fundamentals instead of
giving "busy work" or essay when the class still doesn't
understand certain concepts.
Go over assignments a little better. Sometimes describing the
assignment through canvas isn't enough.
Group workshops weren't always the most effective. More
supervision from the professor would help with that.
Help students understand the assignments
I believe that most of the assiments were not explained well
or the instructions kept getting changed every class period. It
was hard to understand some of the material and how to do
some essays. Other than that I loved the teacher and she did
give us lots of time to turn in assignments and work with
peers.
I feel like the assignements should have more in depth
explanation. Yes she did her best to explain the assignments
but some could have been better explained.
Less different directives for one paper.
Less silence during class. Long pauses while waiting for a
student to answer when she knew no one would. Became
awkward.
Less tedious reading assignments from the book.
No suggestions!
Our class wasn't big on participation. I felt like that limited
her as a teacher in her ability to have good group discussions
and to help enlighten us as a group.
