During training I came across followings:

 Various equipment‟s like pumps (Centrifugal and positive displacement pump), compressors,
blowers, machines tools (lathe, drilling machine, shaping machine, grinding machine, and lapping
machine), gear boxes, bearings, power transmission equipments (gears, pulleys, chains,
sprockets, fluid couplings), screw conveyers, pressure vessels, heat exchangers.

 I learned about the safety norms and safety equipments and preventive measures during day to
day work and during emergency.

 Various utility equipment‟s like boilers, feed water pump, cooling tower, water treatment plant.

 Test bench trial of Regenerative turbine pump and its behavior with respect to pressure, flow, and
power.

 I learned about various material of construction and relevant material & dimensional standards.

JOB DETAILS

 Presently working at Integrity Design Engineering as Junior Engineer Trainee.

 Job Description:

 Research and analyse customer design proposals, specifications, manuals and other data
to evaluate feasibility, cost and maintenance requirements of designs or applications.

 Research, design, evaluate, install, operate and maintain mechanical products, solar
equipment, systems and process to meet requirements, applying knowledge of
engineering principles.

 To plan, implement and monitor work schedules and ensure targeted progress on
projects by deployment of required resources.

 Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, schematics and computer generated
reports.

 Specify system components or direct modification of products to ensure conformance with

engineering design and performance specifications.

 Provide feedback to design engineers on customer problems and needs.
