Las luminarias y proyectores fabricados por ETI S.A. están garantizados por un periodo de cinco años desde la fecha de instalación,
contra cualquier defecto de materiales y fabricación y solo por su propio valor, quedando excluida ETI S.A. de cualquier coste y/o
responsabilidad adicional. No se admitirán devoluciones a portes debidos y nos reservamos el derecho a reparar o cambiar el mate-
rial defectuoso en los casos en que no se hayan cumplidos las condiciones de uso especificadas en las instrucciones y ficha técnica
del producto.

Para cualquier cuestión o diferencia que pudiera suscitarse, ambas partes se someten expresamente a la jurisdicción de los tribuna-
les de la ciudad de Madrid.

ETISA USER CONDITIONS AND 5 YEARS OPERATIONAL GUARANTEE

The luminaries and floodlights manufactured by ETI S.A. are guaranteed for a 5-year period from the installation date, against any
manufacturing or material defect and only for its own value, with ETI S.A. being excluded from any additional cost and/or responsi-
bility. Returns with unpaid postage will not be permitted, and we reserve the right to repair or change faulty material, in cases whe-
re the conditions for use specified in the product technical data sheet and instructions have not been adhered to.

For any question or discrepancy, that may arise, both parts expressly agree to submit themselves to the Madrid City courthouses.

CONDICIONES GENERALES DE VENTA / GENERAL SALES TERMS

1. Embalajes: Los precios incluyen el embalaje normal y cuando la situación lo
requiera sobre pallet, todo tipo de protección adicional será facturada apar-
te.
2. Envíos y Seguro: Las mercancías viajarán siempre por cuenta y riesgo del
comprador, aunque el envío se efectúe a portes pagados. En caso de que se
causen daños, averías y/o perdidas de las mercancías a causa del transporte
y expedición, esto no exonera al comprador del pago de la factura y del
cumplimiento de sus obligaciones.
3. Plazos de Entrega: Los plazos de entrega se entienden aproximados a partir
de la fecha de confirmación del pedido por parte de la Compañía, y las de-
moras no darán derecho al comprador a indemnizaciones, suspensiones del
pago y/o anulación total o parcial del pedido.
4. Portes/Pedidos: La Compañía entregará los pedidos a portes pagados a partir
de un importe superior a 600,00 Euros en España, en el resto de los países
de la U.E., dicho importe se pactará previamente de acuerdo a las circuns-
tancias de cada caso. La Compañía no entregará ni tratará pedidos inferiores
a 150,00 Euros.
5. Reclamaciones y Devoluciones: Las reclamaciones se deberán efectuar en un
plazo no superior a los 5 días hábiles de la recepción de la mercancía. No se
admitirán devoluciones que no hayan sido previamente aceptadas por nues-
tro agente o Departamento de Gestión de la Calidad. Del material devuelto
solo se abonará el 90% de su valor en factura, si el producto tiene una anti-
güedad superior a 1 año y dependiendo de su estado la depreciación será
entre el 30% y el 50% de su valor original. No se admitirán devoluciones a
portes debidos.
6. Garantía: Nuestros productos están garantizados por dos años contra cual-
quier defecto de materiales o fabricación, y solo por su propio valor. Nos
reservamos el derecho a reparar o cambiar el material defectuoso.
7. Jurisdicción: Para cualquier cuestión o diferencia que pudiera suscitarse,
ambas partes se someten expresamente a la jurisdicción de los tribunales de

1. Packaging: The indicated prices include the standard packaging and, when
necessary, the pallet; any other type of additional protection will be charged
separately.
2. Insurance & Shipments: The goods will always travel at the buyers´ risk, even
when the delivery is payed by the Company. In the event of damage to, mal-
function and/or loss of merchandise due to transport and shipping, this will
not exonerate the purchaser from the payment of the invoice or compliance
with its obligations.
3. Delivery Terms: Delivery terms are approximated and starting from the day of
the Company’s order confirmation, any delay will not entitle the buyer to
claim, nor to delay payments or revoke orders.
4. Deliveries & Orders: The Company will deliver the order which net value is over
600,00 Euros free of charge (franco) in Spain. In the rest of the European
Union countries this will be subject to previous agreements. The company will
not deliver or handle orders under 150.00 Euros.
5. Claims & Returns: The Company will not accept any return not previously
cleared by the Company Agent or the Quality Control Department. Any claim
must be reported within 5 working days from the date of receipt of the goods.
Returned goods will be credited at the 90% of the invoice value. Depending on
the date of manufacture, older than one year, and conditions of the products,
the Company may apply a depreciation comprehended between the 30% and
50% of the goods original value.
6. Warranty: Products are covered with a two years general guarantee period
against any defect on the raw materials or manufacturing, and only for the
value of the product it self. The company reserves the right to repair or change
the defective items. Returns with unpaid postage will not be accepted.
7. Jurisdiction: For any question or discrepancy, that may arise, both parts ex-
pressly agree to submit themselves to the Madrid City courthouses.
