PVC and WPC (Wood-Plastic) Panel Production Line

The production line for the processing of PVC and WPC materials is chiefly designed at the extrusion of wide panels, such as door
panels, etc.
WPC materials may be produced as solid foam with very low weight of the final product. WPC panels are characteristic for their
high quality, strength, and long life of the final product. Most importantly, WPC panels are resistant to both flame and wear. A WPC
processing production line can produce, for example, door panels; children’s playground blocks; outdoor floors; garden surfaces;
and many other products.

1. BOCOMATIC extruder machine – twin-screw extruder with Main AC electromotor: Input: 37 kW; revolution control: 1-36 rpm using a frequency
conical screws converter
Screw: 2x Ø132/65mm; working length 1,440 mm (with evacuation) an a tempering
unit with
oil screw heating
Screw and chamber version: Either nitride or bimetallic armour treatment (screws
only)
Tempering zone input: 4 zones x 4.5 kW; total of approx. 18 kW
Input of el. motors of the cooling fans: 4 zones x 0.3 kW; total of approx. 1.2 kW
Input of the head heating zone: from 5 to 9 kW (type based)
