1. Identity proof of Promoter/Director (Any one) [Self –Attested]

(a) Aadhar Card
(b) Passport

2. Address proof of Promoter/ Director (should be in the name of the promoters) (Any one) [Self –
Attested]
(a) Latest Electricity bill
(b) Bank Account Statement updated with latest entries. (Address page and last page with updated
entries is enough).

3. Pan card (Mandatory for Indian) [Self –Attested]

4. Passport (Mandatory for Foreign Nationals) $$

5. Five photographs of each Promoter/ Director

6. Proof for registered office of the Company

(a) Latest Electricity bill
(b) Copy of Index II

7. Birth Place of Promoter / Director

8. Educational Proof

** Name on Identity proof and address proof should be same on both the proofs.
## Same documents are required for DSC (Digital Signature Certificate) application also.

host country.
