COMPANY’S POLICIES

ENERGY MANAGEMENT POLICY

ALLSEA DMCC would like to conserve energy to try to reduce operating costs and minimise
damage to the environment. We will try to reduce our energy consumption by the use of best
practice, the latest engineering solutions and by encouraging the commitment of employees.

It is intention by ALLSEA DMCC to:

1. Ensure that staff, customers and suppliers are made aware of our Energy policy.
2. When making purchases, particular attention is paid to energy efficiency.
3. Reduce energy consumption, and thus, reduce carbon emissions.
4. Improve overall energy efficiency.
5. Engineer solutions for saving energy rather than rely solely on manual intervention.
6. Encourage and motivate employees and shipboard crew to save energy.
7. Publicise these objectives.
8. Ensure all items identified in SEEMP have been implemented.
9. Introduce energy conservation at the induction of new employees and crew, customers
and suppliers.

This energy policy will be reviewed regularly and will be updated to take into account changing
in shipping industry and ensure that that it provides opportunities for continuous improvement.
The Energy policy will be managed by the Energy Management Representative.
