Choose and describe an aspect from a teaching competency that you need to work on (Goal). I need to
use checklist to assess my student in the centres while they are Woking.
I need to focus more in my questions when I ask the students .
1. Describe what you will do to help achieve your goal (Strategies Used). I will use different types
of questions and I will use checklist to assess the student when they are working in the centres and
observe them when they are working .

2. Describe how you can tell if you’re achieving your goal (Evidence).). I will see the level of each
child .

T: I will give each child letter Pp and strings.

S : students will do lacing letter Pp with the strings .

T : I will give each child in the group puzzle ( pic and words of letter Pp.

S: students will do the puzzle letter “Pp” with the words that start with letter Pp.

T : I will give each child in the group popcorn pic , red colour of painting and cottons .

S : students will colour the popcorn box with red colour and they will stick cotton .

Independent Experience(small group activity 4 ): T: I will give the whole children in the group play
dough and cubes.

S : students will do letter Pp. with the play dough and cubes .

Independent Experience(small group activity 5): T: I will give each child in the group small white
boards and markers .

S : students will write letter Pp.

Gather the children again on the carpet and ask them what did they learn today?
