We are looking to raise $500,000 - $1 million ($7M note cap w/ 4% interest in

new capital to facilitate product expansion, fund marketing efforts, and protect
working capital in an anticipated growth phase.

To date, we have raised funds through a successful crowdfunding campaign and

by way of convertible notes issued to sophisticated investors.
