Positive press coverage

Numerous press mentions over the past two years.

Most notably, on November 28, 2017, Brian Cooley
of CNET Roadshow reviewed our Wireless License
Plate Sensors together with our current competition
(which all carry a higher price tag) and noted that
FenSens’ product “worked the best” of the bunch.
CNET subsequently ran a promotion of our device,
which has driven significant growth in unique visitors
to our website and spiked our daily recurring
revenue.
Capital Raise

We are looking to raise $500,000 - $1 million ($7M note cap w/ 4% interest in

new capital to facilitate product expansion, fund marketing efforts, and protect
working capital in an anticipated growth phase.

To date, we have raised funds through a successful crowdfunding campaign and

by way of convertible notes issued to sophisticated investors.

As a vote of confidence, our current investors are interested in committing

approximately $300,000 to our next round of financing at an increased
valuation.
