Abstract
In this report our team has dedicated their efforts and time in order to be able
to select their project of the course of Life Long Skills selections. Also the team
united to solve the required question to identify both Market Opportunity
Identification and Market Opportunity Evaluation detailed questions and
answers will be shown in the upcoming sections.

Introduction
After taking the entrepreneurship lecture defining the word, how to find
chance and how to become entrepreneur the project of the course was given
to be able to establish a project (Company) and to analyze the market
opportunity from good points how to take advantage of our Idea and
drawbacks and problem of our idea the team united under making a service
unit for students. This place is about energizing the Student after a long
stressed day or between the gaps of the courses to have rest. Finally our team
found that the best way to have a good break is to have a game of PlayStation
meditate or relax for a while or even sleep for a while also having snacks if the
customer is hungry.
Market Opportunity Identification

Goals
1) Provide students with the chance to momentary relief from anxiety they
face.
2) Help students build strong relationship with their friends and acquire new
friends.
3) Help students to have fun during their free/gap time or at any time they
prefer.
4) Give them environment where they can compete together through video
game.

1. What is the need you satisfy or what problem do you solve?


1) The lack of a single, specially designed room where students can have
fun at any time they want.
2) There are not many fun activities students can do at the moment. (There
is no variation regarding fun activities.)

3) The lack of a proper rest room and a quiet environment where student
can escape to and relief the pressure they encounter.

2. What personal observations have you experienced or recorded


with regard to that market need?
1) The majority of students already play games with each other on many
locations like rest room in building 20 and computer lap in the 7th floor in
architecture building.
2) Some of these locations like 7th floor in architecture building are restricted
to CCE students only.
3) Most of the students did experience at least 3 quizzes on the same day
and in other cases 3 midterms. As a result, they tend to do badly in the last
exam and sometimes in 2 of them since they will be very tired and
pressure take them down.
3. What was the source of your observation that there is a market
need?
1) We did online survey asking our colleagues about their opinion. As a
result the majority were welcoming the idea. (I think it will be good idea
that we shall do pool on Facebook group asking them do they agree or
don’t agree.)

2) Observing that they play video games in those 2 rooms only

3) Sometimes they need to relax after exams or stressed lectures


Market Opportunity Evaluation

Who are you selling to – who is your target market?

My target is the students mainly.

What competition exists in this market? How would you describe the
behavior of this competition? (Number of competitors? quality? problems?)

In Cairo university there is no competitors but the quality would be a problem


as there must be a very high quality as the factor of stress relating to the place
would make it hard for students to enter our place so we must attract the
students, also loud noise is a great deal that would make great obstacles to
complete also there must be a financial studies for the income money and
what our team will buy firstly and ask students(surveys) to be able to identify
the materials the number of TVs and PlayStations to buy. But it is found that
statistics are made by assuming requirements that will be checked in the near
future and numbers could be changed in the upcoming reports and final
presentation.

How will you differentiate your company from what is already out there?
What is your Unique Selling Proposition (USP)?

Our uniqueness comes from our environment no place is there for students to
play PlayStation and have a relaxing time in the university .Our unique selling
proposition is having a place that relieve stresses from students so to be able
to energize them to continue their day.
Conclusion
To summarize our words this report is greatly important for putting the first
brick answering all the important questions in our project to identify the
properties of our project. The information and numbers included in this report
are not finally and of course there could be modifications while working on this
project and would change would change some analysis in the future.
