Wow, so simple ... for you. I might point out that while you
may have had a magnesium deficiency, millions of people
regularly take Milk Of Magnesia for stomach troubles and
do not find the “Fountain Of Youth” therein. Yes,
magnesium maleate is a more bioavailable form of
magnesium than is magnesium hydroxide or magnesium
oxide, but it’s still simply supplying magnesium which
does have positive health affects, particularly in helping to

Spinach is high in magnesium and a great source for it. I
had heart palpitations and the cardiologist was no help

When you are in for surgery, the doctor comes with papers that
state that medicine is not an "exact " science and make you sign
to avoid being sued if they malpractice, but when they want to
