Note: These spares list and required quantity is determined based on the thorough inspection of the crane by the
Manitowoc expert. Freight cost will be given during submission of Proforma Invoice. With this revision, we
have given our rock bottom price which is valid for a limited time due to availability of ready stock.

Terms and Payment Conditions:

SHIPMENT &DELIVERY: Ex-works delivery will be around 3 to 4 months from the date of opening Letter
of Credit. Freight cost will be at actual that will be mentoned in the Proforma Invoice.

PAYMENT TERMS: 100% Confrmed Irrecoverable Letter of Credit at sight and against presentation of
dispatch documents. LC Confrmation charges will be borne by the purchaser.

WARRANTY: According to Manitowoc “General Warranty Conditons” 12 (twelve) months warranty.

TAX & DUTY: The above quoted price excludes any import tax, vat, custom duty, clearance charges and
delivery at site.

VALIDITY: 25 days from the date of this revised offer with discount subjected to availability of ready
stock of some major parts.

 2) REPAIR WORKS OFFER (Local), after arrival and upon availability of all above spare parts at site:

1 All above mentioned spare parts replace, fttng and testng 4,00,000
2 Ball Bearing Slewing Replacement
- First removal of all Hose pipes and electrical connections
- Dismantle of complete upper part and replacement of bearing and again reinstall the 5,00,000
upper part will all bolts ftting with proper torque.

Manpower Deployment
1) Crane engineer: 01
2) Senior Technician: 03
3) Junior Technician: 03
4) Crane Helper: 02

Duration of Work: 1 month (approx.)

NOTE: Crane(min. or above 50T capacity) need to be provided by client for 10 days approx. during the repair.
Forklift truck need to be provided by the client for 1 month approx.

- 25% after 10days of work
- 15% upon completion of the job

Tax/Vat:Applicable Tax and Vat will be responsibility of the client.

Warranty: 6 months based on the installation of the necessary parts and components.

bottom prices based on your request and analysis of ready stock at Manitowoc factory which is available at
this price for a limited period.
