I highly recommend Erin Clemmer as a candidate for the

leadership position at your school. As a coworker, I had the
pleasure of working with Erin for the two and a half years. We
both taught Kindergarten and had to work as a team. She is a
driven, organized teacher who develops inspiring relationships
with her students and other staff.

Erin has always been driven to develop her skills as a teacher.

At Stambaugh Erin eagerly took up extra responsibilities such as
organizing clothes drives and helping families in need. She
continued to demonstrate this drive through her tenure at our
school and even kept in contact helping some of the families at
the school throughout that last few years. Erin embraces any
opportunity for professional development, which makes her an
ideal leader.

Erin has a wonderful rapport with people of all ages, especially

children. Her ability to connect with her students and her
talent at teaching simple concepts, as well as more advanced
topics, are both truly superior. She also has excellent written
and verbal communication skills with both parents and teachers.

Erin accomplishes all these tasks with great initiative and with
a positive attitude.
