ASSISTANT COORDINATOR, CITY OF VICTORIA YOUTH COUNCIL APRIL
2016 - JULY 2016

This temporary position involved managing the youth council while the co-
ordinator was traveling. Duties included communicating with city officials in
a timely and professional manner, attending meetings, and assisting in the
creation of a final report on the youth council’s year.

Assisted in the planning of several events, such as a day-long conference,
forum for mental health professionals, and art show opening. Co-facilitated
two workshops on sexual health for youth. Attended workshops on writing
press releases and motions and gave two presentations to city council.

litical Science and minoring in Art History and Visual Studies
