Development of Water Park starts in Nepalgunj

Nepalgunj, Aug 5: Works for the development of water stop at Dhambojhi of Nepalgunj
Sub-Metropolitan City-1 have started.

The water stop is being developed at a cost of Rs 700 million. Administrator of

Nepalginj Town Development Committee, Gopal Pun, said they have set an objective to
finish the development of water stop inside four years. Out of 65 bighas of land
for water Park, lake has secured 10 bighas.

Pun included, "Lake region will be extended for sculling and swimming. Different
foundations including appealing and wonderful garden, kids parks will be
developed."

Ward Chairperson of Nepalgunj Sub-Metropolitan City-1, Pramod Rijal, said the

development of the water stop was relied upon to help advancement of Nepalgunj. He
trusted, "Dhambojhi chowk would be facelifted and business exercises expanded after
the development of the water stop."

The Surkhet street of Nepalgunj and Gulariya street of Bardiya would be connected
to the water stop. In spite of the fact that arrangement for the development of
water stop was readied 10 years back, it was not continued because of the debate of
land pay.

Local people said the development of new sort of stop was important to pull in
household and remote vacationers and to make solid reason for improvement, setting
up the personality of Nepalgunj.
