Considering that the Private Retirement Plan has been referred to as Early Retirement Plan

(ERP) and the provisions pertaining to Mandatory Retirement and Late Retirement have been
deleted, the option pertaining to said retirements as indicated in the Application Form has also been
omitted in the attached file.

Since the Early Retirement Plan (ERP) provides that “The Option to avail of the Early
Retirement Benefit shall be exercised by the Members within three (3) years from the date the Early
Retirement Plan is approved.”, we suggest that the ERP itself shall contain the basic guidelines for
availing the same as the dates might change in the event that other employees decide to avail of the
ERP within the given period.

In this regard, we have prepared the Implementing Rules and Regulation for those who
intend to avail of the ERP this 29 November 2018 with the specific dates/schedule indicated in your
email.
