That I, JOVENTINO CALINGACION, of legal age, Filipino, married, and a resident of

Barangay Looc, Sibulan, hereinafter called the vendor, is the registered owner of a certain
motor vehicle, which is more particularly described as follows:

THOUSAND PESOS (Php225,000.00), Philippine Currency, in hand paid by the vendee,
TIRSO F. BANQUERIGO, also of legal age, Filipino, married and a resident of Barangay
Poblacion, Sibulan, Negros Oriental and receipt in full is hereby acknowledged by the vendor,
to his entire satisfactions and that by virtue of these presents the vendor herein does hereby
SELL, CONVEY and TRANSFER, by way of Absolute Sale, all the vendor’s rights, interests
and participations over the above-described motor vehicle, in favor of the vendee, his heirs and
assigns, free from all liens and encumbrances.

That the vendor warrants his ownership over the said motor vehicle and will defend the
rights of the vendee against any adverse claim whatsoever.
