Thank you for conducting the Senior Officer’s Interaction with Cadets session!

As we are constantly reviewing and improving these interactions to ensure that our cadets
benefit the most, we appreciate to have your feedback on the various aspects covered in the

Describe the Overall Impact of this Session on the Cadets

From the beginning all cadets were interested and actively participate during the presentation. A lot of questions
regarding safety, safety equipment to be used on board and drug and alcohol policy were asked.
Cadets were interested of work schedule and life on board as well.

Suggest for next sessions if possible few slides on WinAdmi Rest Hours and Ship Manager for them to have an idea
how to fill. Much better will be the programs to be installed on laptop and used during presentation.

Overall I consider that both sessions were a success and cadets have a much better idea what is to be expected
from them when will be on board.

Impression is that all participating cadets are confident to sail on multicultural ship.
All cadets asked various questions were able to give satisfactory answers.
