MAP MAP Mark-W Propeller Available for

Retrofitting

The MAP (Mitsubishi Advanced The MAP Mark-W propeller delivers even more efficiency while
Propeller) meets the need for energy maintaining cavitation performance. When designing propellers, not only
saving propellers that perfectly fit is higher efficiency important, but having lower propeller-induced
ships. We design the most suitable vibratory forces is also key. MAP Mark-W propellers employ cutting-edge
propeller blade for each ship, tailored fluid technology and can be used in any type of ship. The MAP Mark-W
to each customer's specification, is ideal for retrofitting and improves propeller efficiency and fuel

Economic Efficiency
Improving propeller efficiency negatively impacts the cavitation performance.
However, with the Mark-W propeller, the modified shape of the blade tips enables
improved propeller efficiency without sacrificing the cavitation margin. At the same
