I spoke with the parent who advised her 15 year old son had inappropriate pictures on his phone that was sent to him by the defendant, Ramsey BethAnn Bearse. The parent informed me that Ramsey Bearse was a teacher at ‘Andrew Jackson Middle School in Cross Lanes, WV Kanawha County. The parent informed me that her son attended Andrew Jackson his 6" through 8" grade during which Ramsey Bearse was a teacher during some of that time. ee “3 : ited to es in December 6, 2018 I met with Ramsey BethAnn Bearse who admitted to seriding the 15 year old boy at least 4 4 photographs of her nude breast/chest area via Snapchat, a social media network, from around August 2018 to end of October 2018. Both Ramsey BethAnn Bearse and the 15 year old child live in Kanawha County. Ramsey BethAnn Bearse DOB is which would have made her between the ages of 27-28 when this, occurred.
