Week 4 Journal

In this week I decided to do my third observation outside the classroom in the yard of the
school because the lesson was about fun and games and students have to act the
vocabulary to realize it. First of all, I took permission from the secretary. The secretary was
cooperative with me to implement the lesson outside the class. I prepared lots of fun
activities for the students to let them enjoy through the lesson. I also included my PDP goal
and especially managing students’ behavior. The lesson was about the fun and games and
students were enjoyed through the lesson first they did TPR strategies, listen to the song.
Act the actions by using a small ball finally, I asked them to do hands-on activities.

My MCT feedback was positive she said that students were engaged through the lesson
especially when they act by using the ball. You also, let students’ chose her partner through
implementing the activities which are a good point. She also, gave me a positive comment
about my PDP goal because I applied through the lesson which is managing students’
behavior by using signs and the transition went smoothly with the students except the last
one.

My colleague feedback was positive she said that students were excited to complete the
activities and they collaborated with each other through the lesson.
