- ffp --> fc 9 hemofili b

- kriopesipitat --> fc 8 hemofili a

- koate --> fc 8 hemofili a

- asam tranexamat --> bekerja pd mukosa

Pem:

- psoas sign yg srg luput dr pem

- rwyt trauma/imunisasi hematom

Hemartrosis

merah, panas, nyeri, ukuran

Fisioterapi kalau keluhan ga ada, akut jgn

Hemofilia, itp, hsp, sle

Tb anak

Steroid tapp off

2/3 dosis awal --> 3x sehari tiap 3 hari

Ex: 2 x 15 = 30 --> 3x1 --> 2 tablet utk 4 mgg

Kalau tapp off selama 2 minggu 2/3x30=20 --> 1,5 1,5 1
