Usage
To talk about something that we are obliged to do we use:
must/ have to/ has to/ (S.+be+obliged to /
It+be+necessary to/for )
Examples :
1- I must phone my parents.
2- I have to phone my parents.
3- I am obliged to phone my parents.
4- It is necessary to phone my parents.
Examples :
He ………….. go now.

Note:
Must is used with laws:
Ex.) It is red. We must stop our car.
When we make negation of ( must / have to / has to) the meaning is completely different
mustn't.
can't are used to express prohibition or restriction

Ex.)You don't have to run = you are not obliged to run = It isn't necessary for you to run .
