ORDO HERETICUS

INQUISITOR

The Ordo Hereticus (known colloquially as Witchhunters) is one of the three major
orders of the Inquisition. Their specific role is protecting mankind from itself, by combating such
internal threats as treason, mutation, heresy and witches. They are aided militarily by the
Adeptus Ministorum's Sisters of Battle. Because of its vast jurisdiction and mission, the Ordo
Hereticus is the largest of all the Inquisition's Ordos.

An Ordo Hereticus Inquisitor is equipped with a combat blade and carapace armor and may only
choose wargear from the Ordo Hereticus Armory, ignore any other armories. They also know the
following psychic powers: Astral Aim, Cleansing Flame, Hammerand and Purge Soul.
• An Ordo Hereticus Inquisitor may choose to lead any one of the following Kill
Teams: Inquisition Kill Team (SWA Book), Ordo Malleus Kill Team, or an
Adepta Sororitas Kill Team (the max Kill Team size changes to 3-8 members and
get -1 members in certain missions that use a random amount of fighters)
replacing their Kill Team Leaders or a Red Hunters Space Marine Kill Team.
• Replace the Xeno Hunter, Word of the Emperor special rules for the Witch Hunter
special rule for the Ordo Hereticus Inquisitor and their Kill teams. The Shield of
Faith and Light of the Emperor special rule have no effect on the Ordo Hereticus
Inquisitor.
Witch Hunter: When an Inquisition fighter (Inquisition or Ordo Malleus Kill Teams)
attacks a ‘Psyker’ fighter in the hand-to-hand phase, they score critical hits on a 5 or 6
instead of 6. ‘Psyker’ fighters are models that know any Psychic powers.

Null Rod:

Witchbane: Any model that is downed by wounds inflicted on a model that knows any Psychic
Powers is immediately placed out of action. In addition, the bearer of the Null Rod and any
friendly models within 4 inches may not be targeted by enemy psychic powers.

Psyk-out Grenades:

Special: Psi-shock
Psi-shock: Any model that is hit by this weapon that knows any psychic powers and suffers an
unsaved wound takes D3 wounds instead of 1. In addition, they may not use any psychic powers
on their next turn.

Psyocculum:
The bearer of a psyocculum counts as having ballistic skill 10 if shooting at an enemy model that
knows any psychic powers. However, this rule has no effect if the bearer is on overwatch.

Condemnor Boltgun:
A Condemnor Boltgun follows all of the rules for combi-weapons. The primary weapon is a
boltgun. The secondary weapon has the following profile.

Psi-shock: Any model that is hit by this weapon that knows any psychic powers and suffers an
